Informed sources revealed that the national voter, Walid Regragui, along with his assistant Rachid Ben Mahmoud, are preparing to undertake a tour that includes a number of professional Moroccan players abroad, as part of the efforts of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation to strengthen the ranks of the national team in preparation for the upcoming elections.
France will be the first destination for this tour, as the technical staff intends to hold meetings with a group of current players in the national team, in addition to others who are targeted to join for the first time. The goal of this step is to convince the players to represent the Moroccan national team and facilitate their integration into the team.
According to the same sources, the visit will focus in particular on two players who have shone remarkably recently, which impressed the followers and made the university decide to try to attract them.
The first player is Ayoub Bouadi, the star of the French team Lille, who is known for his exceptional skills, while the second player is Ugo Matthijs Al-Qadmiri, the Olympique Marseille striker, who has proven his worth at an outstanding level in the French League.
Through this initiative, the Royal Moroccan University seeks to strengthen the ranks of the “Atlas Lions” with the best brilliant Moroccan talents in Europe, within the framework of a long-term vision to achieve sporting success at the continental and international levels.
