Called Surfacethis suspense fiction of six episodes directed by Slimane-Baptiste Berhoun (Vortex) is the adaptation of the eponymous novel by Olivier Norek. Tomer Sisley notably plays Laura Smet, who plays the heroine of this dark story, a Parisian police captain assigned to Occitania after being disfigured by bullets during an operation. While she was simply supposed to make a report on the activity of a police station and its possible closure, she finds herself at the heart of a disappearance case dating from twenty-three years ago when she discovers the body of ‘a child.
