The Paris Court of Appeal confirms the proceedings against Alexis Kohler, the secretary general of the Elysée, for illegally taking an interest in the investigation into his family ties with the shipowner MSC, franceinfo learned from a source on Tuesday, November 26 close to the file, confirming information from the AFP. Emmanuel Macron's close collaborator was indicted on September 23, 2022 for illegal taking of interests and placed under the status of assisted witness for influence peddling.
