Several calls that were received yesterday at 7:32 p.m. in the operations room of 1-1-2 Castilla y León requested assistance for a man who had been left unconscious after hitting his head on the street curb when he was run over by a car and fell to the ground on a zebra crossing on Joaquín González Vecín Street in León, near the Faculty of Economics, where an ambulance that was circulating at that time had stopped to provide assistance. the place.
The 1-1-2 gave notice of this attack to the Local Police of León, the National Police Corps and the emergency coordination center (CCU) of Health Emergencies – Sacyl, from which a mobile ICU was sent.
At the scene, Sacyl health personnel treated the injured man, aged about 50, who was transferred in the mobile Health Emergency ICU to the León Hospital.
