Midwest Thanksgiving travel forecast

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Thanksgiving is one of the most popular holidays to travel for, and of course, the weather can play a big part in those plans. If you’re not going far, and are staying around the Midwest this year, you shouldn’t have any major weather-related problems on the roads or in the skies.

The main weather feature this Thanksgiving will be a blast of cold, arctic air moving into the northern part of the country around and after Thursday. Most areas will see a significant drop in temperatures along with windy conditions adding to the chill factor.
