CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Starting the new week, not as cold as recent days. Expect a brief milder outlook for a couple days. The next cold front arrives Monday overnight into early Tuesday morning.

A cold front shifts east Monday night. Most of the rain will not make it east of the higher terrain of the Allegheny Highlands. There’s a small chance for a passing shower overnight Monday into very early Tuesday morning. Dry weather will win until Thanksgiving.

- Monday: Sunny and milder. Highs in the low 60s. Lows in the mid 40s. A slight chance for a shower after 4am with a cold front.
- Tuesday: Decreasing clouds. Highs lower 60s. Lows in the lower 30s.
- Wednesday: Mostly Cloudy, chilly. Highs in the mid 50s. Lows in the low 40s.
- Thanksgiving, Thursday: A cold rainfall. Highs in the upper 40s to low 50s. Lows mid 30s.
- Friday: Partly sunny, blustery and chilly. Highs in the 40s.
