Lasconi reacts after passing through the second round of the presidential elections

“I promise that I will give everything to live up to your expectations,” said Lasconi, after he managed to overcome Marcel Ciolacu (PSD).

USR presidential candidate Elena Lasconi came in second place, surpassing Marcel Ciolacu in number of votes, which means that he will enter the second round of the presidential elections, with the independent Călin Georgescu, who is in first place, with 22.94% of the votes cast, after the centralization of over 99, 91% of the minutes.

At this moment, Lasconi surpassed Marcel Ciolacu with 154 votes.

Călin Georgescu has 22.94% of the votes.

Up to this time, votes have been counted from 20,041 polling stations out of the 20,059 open in total.

Elena Lasconi has a good chance of remaining in second place, which ensures her entry into the presidential final, as there are still votes to be counted abroad and in Bucharest, where she performed much better than Marcel Ciolacu.

In fourth place is George Simion, with 13.87%, beaten by Nicolae Cucă with 8.79%.
