HIGHLIGHTS
After the retirement of Ott Tänak in the previous stage, Toyota immediately changed strategy and the three official GR Yaris logically performed well in this special. At Hyundai, Thierry Neuville and Andreas Mikkelsen scored a double, but such a ranking will not be enough to win the title.
Author of the 3rd fastest time, Adrien Fourmaux is now ideally placed to score his first podium on asphalt.
In WRC2, Finnish Sami Pajari is managing his race perfectly for the moment.

| T. Neuville | Honestly, it's a surprise. I don't know what to say, but I think we deserve it. There was a lot more pressure than necessary for this final event, but we managed the situation as best we could despite the problems we encountered. We are a little more relaxed now and we can attack to go home with all the trophies. We are going to give everything because we have nothing to lose now. We have to push as hard as possible for the constructors' championship. |
| G.Munster | I have more trouble than yesterday. Yesterday there were a lot more corners, so we just had to slow the car downhill, we had more load on the tires and the chassis. I'm struggling a bit but I have to improve this afternoon. Now there's not much to play for, we just have to improve. |
| A.Fourmaux | It's a very nice stage to drive, I'm really happy with my pace. There is still a little dirt in the special, less than the previous one. It's a shame for Tanak, we're on the podium for now. The plan is to keep it. |
| S. Ogier | It's never nice to see an outing like that, but I think I heard they're doing well, that's the most important thing. I think I know pretty much how Ott is feeling right now and I feel for them because they were having a good race so far. It's very close in the fight between manufacturers so we'll see. |
| E.Evans | We must continue with the same plan and see what can be done on this day. There is pollution and a lot of leaves in some places, which makes it quite difficult to see what the grip is in certain places and judge it obviously. |
| N.Gryazin | For us, a clean race, without rushing. The first one was quite complicated and one could easily make a mistake. It was nicer in this one. |
| S. Pajari | It's like a Sunday ride, driving leisurely. I try to keep a certain driving rhythm, it's much easier this way and also quite pleasant. This special is in pretty good condition, so quite fun to drive. I think my family and friends are watching even though it's the middle of the night. I think they watch anyway, I'm lucky to have them. |
