José Mourinho's Fenerbahçe continued its good run in the Turkish championship by winning 6-2 against Kayserispor on the 13th day, thus moving closer to leader Galatasaray.
After a devastating first 26 minutes, the Portuguese coach's team won, notably thanks to the inspiration ofOguz Aydin: the Turkish midfielder scored twice in the 15th and 26th minutes, after Dusan Tadic opened the scoring in the 7th minute from the penalty spot.
The visitors' lead was, however, reduced to the strict minimum, Djiku scoring against his side just before half-time (43rd) and Kolovetsios scoring the locals' second goal in the 57th minute.
Fenerbahçe were not deterred by Kayserispor's start to the second half and increased their lead.
A Nesyri made it 4-2 in the 63rd minute, Kostic (85) et Szymanski (88) scoring the other two goals for the team Mourinho, who are second in the championship with 29 points, two less than leader Galatasaray, who travel to Bodrumspor today.
This is Fenerbahçe's fourth consecutive victory and their sixth match in a row without defeat in the Turkish championship.
