This Friday, November 22, 2024, a fairly exceptional draw awaits players of EuroMillions : in addition to a nice jackpot to be won (189 million euros), a unique draw will allow 100 people to become millionaires.

Why such a jackpot at stake?

As the jackpot has still not been won draw after draw, it has continued to increase over the days. When the last game was played, Tuesday November 19, 2024, the amount to be won was 168 million euros.

This Friday, it is now 189 million, or the 14th draw having not found a buyer.“This jackpot follows the jackpot of 17 million euros put into play on Tuesday October 8, 2024 and not won since that date,” explained Française des jeux (FDJ) in a previous article inactu.fr.

100 lucky people guaranteed for the 20th anniversary of the game

In addition to this tidy sum to be won, the FDJ wants to mark this November 22, 2024 with a white stone with an exceptional draw which will necessarily 100 lucky.

Usually, even if the jackpot is not won, the FDJ guarantees to make a millionaire in each drawing (Tuesday and Friday), thanks to the “My Million” code automatically assigned as soon as a grid is validated. This Friday, for his 20^e anniversary, EuroMillions wants to be more playful.

Each player who completed a EuroMillions grid (2.50 euros) will be assigned an additional code […] which will allow 100 players to win a prize of one million euros each.

How to participate?

Want to try your luck? To play EuroMillions, it's very simple. First of all, go to an FDJ approved point of sale (such as a press office or tobacconist).

You then just need to provide yourself with a grid, at a unit price of 2,50 euros. Ensuite, tick the correct seven numbers: five numbers (out of 50) and two star numbers (on a grid of 12).

The rules are the same if you play online (from the FDJ website or via the dedicated smartphone application). Note, however, that you can use the “Flash” button which allows you to automatically fill the grid with random numbers.

And to participate in this anniversary edition, good news: as we explained in this article, nothing changes regarding the terms of participation. You don't have to do no additional steps.

Validating a grid for this Friday, November 22, 2024 will automatically generate two codes: the My Million and the one dedicated to the exceptional draw. One deadline to remember, however: you only have until 8:15 p.m. to play. Afterwards, it’s time for the draw!
