The investigation will have to determine the exact causes of this accident but it is “probably due to the slippery or even unstable road surface“, according to the Val-de-Marne prefecture. The bus involved in this accident belongs to the company BlablaCar. Contacted by France Bleu Paris, the company specifies that the vehicle was carrying 37 passengers. The bus left at 11 p.m. from the Bercy bus station in Paris. Another bus was chartered to reroute certain passengers to Paris.
