“We didn’t see anyone, no Departmental Equipment Directorate, no gendarme”testifies Friday November 22 at the microphone of France Bleu Besançon Dominique, a motorist stuck on the A36 motorway near Voujeaucourt (), since Thursday November 21 at 9 p.m.
