Monday November 25 in More beautiful life, even more beautiful…
Ariane defends the cause of women
At the Mistral police station, Ariane leads training on violence against women. She explains to her colleagues the protocol to follow when receiving a victim of physical, psychological or sexual violence. Samuel (Iñaki Lartigue) answers Ariane's questions with a nonchalant air and declares: “We already know all that!”
So, to get her colleagues to react, Ariane asks Samuel to play the victim, while Morgane slips into the role of the policewoman. As Patrick and Ariane explain, the two guinea pigs realize that there are still many things to improve.
Once the training is completed, Samuel apologizes to the commissioner and Ariane for his behavior. In addition, with the rest of the brigade, they established a list of elements to improve the care of victims. Patrick wants to put the prefect on the spot.
New tensions between Thomas and Gabriel
At Mistral, Zoé is revising for her baccalaureate which she is taking as a free candidate. Thomas (Laurent Kérusoré) tries to motivate her by telling her: “Don’t be discouraged, you’re going to get your baccalaureate. You know what they say, it gives it to everyone”. Angry by these comments, the young woman asks Thomas if he has his diploma and he answers no.
A few minutes later, Eric catches Thomas doing math. The former police officer reveals to him that it was his favorite subject at school. However, he struggles to resolve the double equation with two unknowns on which the boss of the Mistral is working. Babeth joins them and tries to solve the problem as well.
Finally, Thomas, Babeth and Eric all rack their brains. Zoé watches this scene with some amusement, then she confides to them that she has the answer and decides to explain the solution to Babeth and Eric, while Thomas continues to think.
At the end of the day, Thomas announces to his husband that he has solved the problem and that he is extremely proud of him: “I didn't think you could feel this much fun. Maybe I'm good at science and I didn't know it.”
Gabriel makes the situation ironic, which hurts Thomas. He doesn't appreciate that his husband takes him for nothing. Gabriel takes the opportunity to tell Thomas that he has finally taken action with his identity theft, but the boss of the Mistral doesn't want to hear anything. He gets up without listening to his husband.
Anthony launches his plan of attack
In the early morning, Kilian and Aya are walking in the streets when suddenly they discover Anthony (Mickaël Bourse) suffocating. And for good reason, he was “attacked” by an individual. For his part, Ulysse (Jeremy Charvet) goes to the doctor's office for a dislocated shoulder. He explains to Léa that he was hit by a car. At the same time, Aya arrives to inform the doctors that Anthony is in the worst condition.
Later, Jean-Paul (Stéphane Henon) goes to the hospital, to Anthony's bedside. He wants to ask her some questions about her attack. The victim explains to him that he received a violent blow to the head from a bat while he was walking in the street.
He did not recognize anyone, but tried to defend himself by punching his attacker in the right shoulder. Jean-Paul asks him if it could have a link with Ulysses, and Anthony replies: “No, that's not possible. He wouldn't hit someone with a baseball bat.”
A few minutes later, Jean-Paul informs Ariane that he does not think it was Ulysses who beat Anthony. The two police officers decide to look for evidence at the place where Anthony was attacked and discover a bat in the garbage. They immediately call the PTS for a fingerprint record.
Back at the police station, Jean-Paul summons Ulysse to ask him a few questions about his dislocated shoulder. He explains to him that Anthony hit his attacker exactly there. The lawyer concludes that the police officer is trying to place the blame on him.
At the end of the day, Ulysses goes to the hospital to settle scores with Anthony. He said to him: “You are a pervert, you are dangerous, you need to get treatment”. Anthony responds that he will do anything to get revenge because he ruined his life. He grabs Ulysses' hand, screams for help, his eyes thirsty for revenge.
