Pascale Arbillot shocked by a message from François Hollande, her former teacher, in C à vous (VIDEO)

Invited in C to you on 5 this Wednesday, November 20, Pascale Arbillot was very moved by a surprise message from François Hollande, her economics professor when she was studying at Sciences Po.

This Wednesday, November 20, Pascale Arbillot was a guest on the show C to you on France 5. The actress was accompanied by Doria Tillier to promote the series Iris which will be released on November 25 on Canal+ in which they play opposite each other. Before devoting her life to comedy, Pascale Arbillot aspired to a career as a journalist. She also graduated from Sciences Po in 1991, a school where she had a very famous economics professor: François Hollande. In the program presented by Anne-Élisabeth Lemoine, the former President of the Republic sent a touching message to his former student.

“Was she a good student?”asked Zidane Azzouzi, journalist from C to youto François Hollande during a signing session of his book. The former head of state took pleasure in remembering Pascale Arbillot as a student. “I must have given her very good marks. She could have finally completed the ENA, become a senior civil servant”he judged. “But she wanted to be an actress and she succeeded, she is a very good actress,” he complimented the actress before hoping: “Perhaps she had retained something from her lessons. Both a sense of understanding the world on an economic level and a little humor, in her profession that is necessary.” Faced with these images, Pascale Arbillot was unable to hide her excitement. “Oh that’s great.”she exclaimed before adding: “I don’t realize, I swear, I said to myself: 'It's a joke, it's not possible.'

Pascale Arbillot quickly returned the compliment to François Hollande. “He was a great lecturer. He was an awesome teachershe confided. “When he spoke saying: 'She could have done the ENA'I don't think so, actually. I would have liked but I think I didn't have enough rigor and I wanted to do something else, to look elsewhere a little too”, she doubted his words before repeating to herself: “But he was a great teacher.”
