Up to 20 centimeters of snow expected in Franche-Comté

Two to five centimeters of snow are expected locally in the plains, up to 10 centimeters above 200 to 300 meters above sea level and up to 20 centimeters in eastern Franche-Comté. “Tomorrow Thursday, snowfall in the plains will mainly affect the departments marked orange 'snow/ice'. An extension of this vigilance to a few neighboring departments nevertheless remains possible in the next updates.s”, also warns Météo-France. Still under the effect of the Caetano depression, violent winds are expected Thursday November 21 and the placement on orange vigilance for “violent wind” of certain departments is “probable“, according to the meteorological institute.
