Offensive festival for Mali by Mamadou Fofana ( SC)

Already qualified, Mali concluded its qualifying phase for the African Cup of Nations (CAN) in the best possible way by winning by a wide margin against Eswatini (6-0). Holder, Mamadou Fofana played most of the match.

Mali is full of confidence

That’s what we call a job well done. Facing a weak Eswatini team, Mali struck hard by winning by a very large score, thanks to goals from El Bilal Touré, a hat-trick from Dorgeles Nene and a double from Kamory Doumbia, already a scorer between Mozambique last week. Finishing at the top of their group, the Eagles secure top seed status for the draw for the final phase which will take place in Morocco from December 21, 2025 to January 18, 2026.

Holder in central defense, Mamadou Fofana gave up his place in the 63rd minute of play, when his team was already leading by four goals. Last Friday, the former Messin had disputed the inequality of the first meeting.
