While a DNA test confirmed that Marcel Desailly was the father of a 10-year-old girl whom he did not want to recognize, his former partner denounced acts of violence by the 98 world champion.
Science has spoken and the results are clear for Marcel Desailly. According to Le Parisien, the paternity test which the former central defender of the Blues had to undergo following a court decision confirms that he is indeed the father of Victoria, a 10-year-old girl. “The probability of paternity is greater than 99.99999%”said the biologists.
The results therefore proved Cosma right, a woman from Brazil whom the former footballer worked with for many years while the former Milanese was still married to his first wife and mother of four children. Marcel Desailly's mistress, with whom he allegedly led a double life, could already rely on several testimonies from relatives.
Marcel Desailly has a court date on December 10
“We lived together for years, in the same apartment. In private, Marcel had never denied his paternity.she said, several people attesting that Victoria called Marcel Desailly papa. But according to the native of Accra, where he returned to live, starting a new family with a wife and two new children, he was only acting “like any person meeting a friend with their child would do.”
According to Marcel Desailly's former partner, the latter would also have been guilty of several acts of violence. Becoming jealous and possessive, he allegedly picked up the young woman and hit the wall of a building during an argument in the street. Shortly after, the former Blue allegedly slapped Cosma at the bar of the Hyatt hotel in Paris, forcing the young woman to take refuge in the establishment's toilets to escape him. When the staff intends to call the police, they refuse for fear of scandal but file a handrail.
Both parties now have a court date on December 10. Cosma is demanding alimony of 5,000 euros per month and wants Victoria, whose first name would have been imposed by the former French international, to be able to bear the name Desailly.
