Last April, he learned he had a stage 4 pancreatic neuroendocrine canceran illness he fought with courage according to his fiancée, Emilia Torello. “He was the most talented man I ever met. When he set his mind to do something, nothing could stop him. He was the most diligent and dedicated person. I believed truly with all my heart that he would get through this thanks to these qualities. That's what makes this loss even more tragic.”she said. “Although a part of me died with you, I promise to fight to find the joy of living as hard as you fought to live each day”she paid tribute to him on Instagram.
An actor committed to the end
Despite his illness, Paul Teal continued his professional projects, including filming the series The Hunting Wives for Starz. His involvement in this work gave him valuable moral support, according to his partner. In parallel, his former partners Scott Brothers expressed their sorrow : Bethany Joy Lenz, who had worked closely with him, spoke of a man “generous”, “the kind of guy who could light up a room effortlessly” whose death “upset”.
