Slimane affair: a second complaint for sexual harassment filed against the singer: News

After the first accusations, singer Slimane finds himself the target of a new complaint, filed Monday November 18, this time for sexual assault and attempted sexual assault. The events allegedly took place on the night of December 17, 2023, reports Le Parisien.

Already the target of a first complaint for sexual harassment, the singer is the subject of a second accusation for sexual assault and attempted sexual assault, just three weeks after the first, according to information from Le Parisien. A new complaint has been filed.

Brought by one of the technicians on his tour, the first complaint is now the subject of a preliminary investigation. As for this second complaint, it would have been filed by one of the employees of his concerts, Monday November 18, during the afternoon at the Saint-Étienne public prosecutor's office. As with the first accusations, the facts allegedly took place on the night of November 17 to 18, 2023.

A behind-the-scenes party at the Zénith de Saint-Étienne

During this evening, a backstage party was allegedly organized between the 35-year-old artist and the technical team after a concert at the Zénith in Saint-Étienne. The man at the origin of the second complaint, aged 33, a lighting technician for Play Two, producer of the artist's tour, was allegedly sexually assaulted by the singer revealed by The Voice. According to the terms of the complaint, after a few exchanges, Slimane grabbed the man by the hips before the singer's brother intervened.

Some would have filmed the scene, but the singer's brother would have asked everyone to delete the videos. Several weeks later, the technician and three of his colleagues reportedly asked to end their contract with the artist. According to him, the Play Two company minimized the facts: “it's okay guys, what he did wasn't harmful, it was just a party.” Contacted by Le Parisien, Slimane's entourage has not yet given any answers.
