Disappeared during the night of Friday November 15 to Saturday November 16, 2024, the body of young Léo Pronchery was found this Monday, November 18, in Roanne, in the Loire.
“The lifeless body of Léo Pronchery was discovered submerged in the Loire by divers engaged in the research system”, declared this Monday the Roanne public prosecutor's office, through a press release.
Aged 19, the teenager disappeared on the night of Friday November 15. He was last seen at 1:30 a.m., near the nightclub “Le Club 50”, in Roanne, in Auvergne Rhône Alpes.
Léo's body was found at the end of the morning, this Monday, at the level of the bridge linking Roanne to the Coteau, below the Fourcauld commanding quay, according to The Mountain.
“No element of third party intervention noted”
Saturday November 16, a call for witnesses was launched and an investigation into a worrying disappearance was opened by the prosecution, reports BFMTV. This continues now “in search of the causes of death”.
It appears that the young man's death was the result of a fall in the Loire.“No element suggestive of the intervention of a third party has been noted during the investigation to date” announced the prosecution.
