Biden asks G20 to “increase pressure” on Hamas for ceasefire
The American president also spoke of the situation in the Middle East, calling on the G20 to “increase pressure on Hamas” for a ceasefire with Israel, while ensuring that it would “continue to work for an agreement” before leaving power.
“I ask everyone here to increase their pressure on Hamas, which currently refuses this agreement”he declared during the first plenary session of the summit of the main world economies in Rio de Janeiro.
