An eco-responsible wastewater recycling system

9,000 m³ of drinking water saved every year

In order to include this recycling system capable of filtering gray water and then using it in bathroom and for thewatering plants of the residence, Green City Immobilier had to request a prefectural exemption from the ARS (Regional Health Agency) Occitanie. This system is subject to specific authorizations.

An idea for the fight against drought

Designed to respond to issues particularly related to periods of droughtthis approach is part of an ecological dynamic of saving drinking water. Recycling gray water also makes it possible to put less demand on wastewater treatment plants while ensuring a constant source of water all year round.

An inauguration planned for the end of 2025

While the delivery of the residence, called Orcivalis planned for December 2025 in the heart of the ZAC Malepèrethe wastewater filtration system should be effective from March 2026.
