The Civil Forum observation mission produced around 12 p.m., a report on the opening of the vote for this Sunday, November 17, 2024. In the document, the observation mission reported some anomalies, notably the delay in certain centers and offices of vote which is 22% and which is due 71% to the implementation and organization, 23% to the delay during the provision of the equipment, and 6% to the delay of a member of the office.

The presence of the members of the office, president, assessor, and secretary, is 99.3%. The Forum Civil observation mission notes that the offices are 98% accessible. Verification of the empty state of the ballot box was carried out at 99% in the polling stations. The special system for the elderly, pregnant women and those with reduced mobility was respected at 98%, reports the document.

Finally, according to the opening report of the Civil Forum, the presence of list representatives is on average 2.9 per office, with a maximum of 17 list representatives, whose presence is on average 1.8 women per list and maximum 8 women in an office.
