All are threatened, depending on their level of involvement in the alleged system of embezzlement of public funds, organized by the far-right party for twelve years and three European mandates, of penalties which, if they were followed (or aggravated? ) in the spring by the court, would bring an end to their careers for some. This is the case, for example, of Louis Aliot, current mayor of Perpignan, against whom the prosecution requested eighteen months of imprisonment, twelve of which were suspended, a fine of 30,000 euros and three years of ineligibility with provisional execution and who should therefore give up his council chair.
