The cold drop, responsible for the snowfall observed in the Alps and the Pyrenees in recent days, has now shifted to Spain, where it caused significant flooding in the Málaga region of Andalusia.

Very gray skies in the north!

Many low clouds will descend again this Thursday, November 14 over the regions located north of the Loire. Under this well-overcast sky, some drizzle could appear.

Significantly sunnier conditions are expected in the south of France. However, some fog is likely along the Garonne in the morning and towards the center-east.

More sunshine this afternoon

Rather sunny weather should once again affect the southern regions of France this afternoon. Moreover, the morning grays in the southwest should give way to clear sunshine.

This afternoon, nice clear periods could finally return between Normandy and Brittany. The sky will be cloudy but the brightness will remain pleasant between the Pays de la Loire and the Poitou-Charentes region.

Overcast skies are unfortunately expected to persist in the northeastern regions with some more drizzle along the borders.

Small rise in temperatures

Temperatures are expected to rise very slightly this afternoon in the north of the country, returning to a level close to seasonal norms. However, they will still remain a little cool in the north-east under the gray weather, with only 7°C in Strasbourg and 8°C in Mulhouse.

In the south of the country, temperatures will be stationary this afternoon, with maximums often between 13 and 15 degrees. Highs near 20 degrees are possible near the Mediterranean.
