Victor ROUART. – Every year, the emotion returns to the evocation of this event and the pain it caused, whether physical, mental or moral. Especially since this year he has continued to destroy lives. I am thinking in particular of Fred Dewilde who killed himself, as the psychological pain had become insurmountable. He was very friendly, he tried to help me when we experienced the horror in the concert hall. Without really knowing him, I had a special bond with him.
