The entourage of the former president of the National Front (now National Rally), Jean-Marie Le Pen, wants to be reassuring about his state of health.
This Wednesday, November 13, and as rumors began to circulate about his death on social networks, the entourage of Jean-Marie Le Pen, former president of the National Front who became the National Rally (RN) under the presidency of his daughter, Marine Le Pen made it clear that there was no “no particular alert on his state of health”.
However, he emphasizes to our colleagues at BFMTV and AFP that he has been hospitalized for several days and that he has undergone a series of examinations linked to his age (96 years old, editor's note).
The former far-right politician is absent from the trial of the RN parliamentary assistants which opened on September 30 before the 11th chamber of the Paris Criminal Court, where several party figures were heard, including Marine Le Pen or even Louis Aliot, the mayor of Perpignan.
Concerning Jean-Marie Le Pen, he was able to be exempted from this trial due to his state of health while two medical certificates indicated the alteration of his cognitive faculties and his inability to respond to the magistrates.
