If for some the joys of marriage begin with divorce, they are foreshadowed happy times for Fedez and Chiara Ferragni who have found (the right) agreement for the separation, a prelude within six months to the official divorce of the most media-covered Italian couple since the invention of Instagram.

Chiara Ferragni will not have a maintenance allowance for her children (it is said that she had asked for a sum of around 20 thousand euros), a “contribution” that has no reason to be considered – this is the reasoning in the agreement – that she herself can afford to provide for her children without any “help” from her ex-husband. The request also clashed with the public image that Chiara Ferragni has always offered of herself, built on the concept of female emancipation («think yourself free»a sentence, a sentence).

Fedez's line, the one pursued by his lawyers, therefore won – the Milanese Alessandro Simeone and the Romans Andrea Pietrolucci and Pompilia Rossi — who contested the amount of child support given in the face of a millionaire fortune — as she herself would have admitted — that many dream of. Fedez however decided to shoulder the school expenses of his two children (Leone and Vittoria) who attend a private school in Milan with rising fees that reach over 20 thousand euros a year. The two children will also be entrusted jointly to their parents: as in any “normal” divorce they will spend more or less equal time with their mother and father. Daniela Missaglia, Chiara Ferragni's lawyer, would like to point out that “the agreement does not provide for an equal distribution of the minors with both parents, as they are predominantly placed with the mother”. Details, because the percentage in favor of the mother is minimal.

The issue ofsocial exposure of children. The lawyer Missaglia, right on the Courier he explained that he had embraced “the Privacy Guarantor's line of not exposing minors”. In reality – according to what appears – Leone and Vittoria will be treated as (almost) ordinary mortals and the rules of “normal” jurisprudence in this regard will also apply to them: To post photos and videos of children, parents will have to ask each other for permission.
A story therefore ends – exposed as never before – concentrated by Fedez in two songs: it began with «Vorrei ma non posto», it ended with «Sexy Shop». Eight years of love (and then also of business) condensed into two songs: one to conquer her, the other to say goodbye.
