In this audio, the latter “reproach to Iris to wrongly accuse him of domestic violence” according to information from Figaro TV Magazine. A tense exchange between the two parties, before the closed session is declared so that “speech can be free”, in the words of the president.

The day after the hearing, the verdict was announced. Bruno Pelat was therefore sentenced to 12 years in prison, including six months in prison, as revealed BFM TV. Despite this conviction, the 22-year-old young man will be able to serve his sentence outside of prison since he was granted a two-year probationary reprieve, prohibiting him from having contact with Iris Mittenaere. Bruno Pelat had already been sentenced in 2022 for violence and threats against his father, as well as for acts of violence against another former partner in April 2023.
