The home of famous YouTuber Inoxtag was the target of a burglary this Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
The YouTuber's house located in Poissy in Yvelines was burglarized this November 6 in the afternoon, according to information from’Europe 1 et BFMTV.
Damage estimated at 10,000 euros
According to our colleagues, the house belongs to the videographer who rents it but does not live there: “It is therefore his tenant who is the main victim.” indicates the Versailles prosecutor's office contacted by Le Figaro.
The burglars managed to enter the house by forcing a window in the living room, indicates a police source. The house was reportedly searched from top to bottom by the thugs who left with computer equipment.
The damage estimated at around 10,000 euros.
For the moment, the criminals have not been arrested. An investigation into burglary into a home has been opened, the Versailles prosecutor's office confirmed in BFMTV.
Who is Inoxtag?
Real name Inès Benazzouz, Inoxtag has nearly 8 million subscribers on YouTube, 5.9 million on TikTok and 5.2 million on Instagram. While still at school, he launched on YouTube in 2015 by publishing videos dedicated to video games, before diversifying with musical videos (“Mili Mili” – 77 million views) or challenges (48 hours to get out of a bunker – 31 million views).
He quickly became popular alongside other young content creators like Michou, with whom he formed “Team Crouton”. Inoxtag is one of the creators affiliated with the Webedia group, which also includes influencers like Joyca, Just Riadh and Domingo.
Recently, the videographer filmed and retraced his ascent of Everest in a documentary entitled “Kaizen” which caused panic when it was published on the internet last September.
