In the next episode of “Here it all begins”… To get out of trouble, Delobel deploys his secret technique. For his part, Milan receives a strange job offer.

Thursday November 7 in Here it all begins…
Emi faces the truth about her father
After deciding to leave the Institute, Delobel goes to see Teyssier to say goodbye. But the latter encourages him to be more insistent with Emi in order to open his eyes to his father. Delobel then has an idea. He asks his colleague to summon the young girl.
Meanwhile, in the park, the students receive a message from their director announcing the cancellation of the Delobel masterclass. If Tom finds it justified, Billie believes that Chief Saneka's suicide must have several causes. The couple then meets Emi, who informs them that she was summoned by Teyssier. She fears being fired. But Tom affirms his support for him.
In the management office, Antoine and Clotilde are satisfied with the cancellation of the Delobel masterclass. But Teyssier tells them that the masterclass will resume the next day. Clotilde criticizes the director for once again acting in a tyrannical manner, without consulting the opinion of his colleagues.
Shortly after, Tom and Malik accompany Emi to Teyssier's office. But it is chef Delobel who is present and who asks the young girl to please follow him in the kitchen. She accepts. Once there, Delobel asks the two boys to wait outside, behind the glass. They obey, while Emi notices the ingredients of the recipe that earned her father his first star on the worktop.
Delobel declares that he intends to realize it before his eyes. The young woman is convinced that he will not be able to recreate the persimmon condiment which was her father's signature and whose recipe is recorded nowhere other than in his personal notebook. However, Delobel shows him that he knows it perfectly and that he is capable of executing it because it is his. Saneka stole from him. Emi is completely devastated. She needs to be alone to break down.
Once done, the young woman comes out of the kitchen and finds Tom and Malik outside. She asks them to film her. In tears, Emi records a video message in which she apologizes to Delobel for wrongly accusing him. She declares that her father committed suicide out of cowardice and that he is only an imposture who appropriated the recipes of his clerks…
Milan meets an old acquaintance
At the marsh roommate, Enzo and Vic surprise Anaïs sleeping on the living room sofa and notice that her sleep is restless. When she finally wakes up, the young woman admits to them that she had an erotic dream with Milan.
A little later, Anaïs arrives late in the kitchen where her brigade is waiting for her. Teyssier arrives in turn and declares that the level of Double A has dropped. Anaïs retorts that she has no problem and that she manages it very well.
During the service, on the Double A terrace, Milan comes across Sam, an old acquaintance with whom he served time in prison. The latter congratulates him on now being a student at the Institute and invites him to have a drink with him at the end of the service. Milan joins him to chat a little and tell him how he got into culinary school. But at the same time, Stanislas calls him to order.
For her part, Anaïs reads Teyssier the good reviews that have been posted on the lunch service in order to prove to him that she has no problem. But Teyssier is not satisfied and emphasizes that she is not at her best.
At boarding school, Milan tells Enzo that he met Sam and that the latter invited him for a drink at the end of the day. Enzo nevertheless advises him not to reconnect with his past. But Milan admits that he is tired of having to play a role at the Institute. Enzo sympathizes because he went through it until he finally found people with whom he was not ashamed to come from the city.
At the end of the day, Milan meets Sam at the downtown café. He then suggests that they resume their dealing activity within the school. But Milan says that is all behind him and he prefers to focus on the future. Sam respects his decision.
