Kamala Harris will not speak overnight

One of her advisors assures that she will address “the nation” during the day.

One of her advisors, Cedric Richmond, announced that the Democratic candidate would not speak on the night of Tuesday November 5 to Wednesday November 6. “There are still votes to be counted”he justified in a very short statement, while the vice-president's supporters gathered since the early evening at the historically black Howard University had already begun to leave the premises, in an atmosphere that had become increasingly darker as the hours pass. Kamala Harris chose Howard University in Washington, nicknamed “black Harvard”, to set up her campaign headquarters and to receive her supporters. Meanwhile, Donald Trump spent the evening at his campaign headquarters in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, before heading to West Palm Beach, in the same state, to speak.
