Arizona, Wisconsin and Michigan — Jellyfish

Presidential elections continue in the United States. By 04:00 Moscow time, polling stations had closed in 15 more states: Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North and South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

In Kansas, Michigan, North and South Dakota, as well as Texas, most polling stations closed at 03:00 Moscow time, but in some counties voting continued for another hour.

Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin are swing states where both candidates can win. According to exit polls from Edison Research, Kamala Harris has a better chance of winning in Michigan and Wisconsin, while exit polls in Arizona did not reveal a winner.

Donald Trump is likely to win Wyoming, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Texas and Louisiana with 73 electors, according to CNN projections.

Kamala Harris will win New Mexico, Colorado, Minnesota, New York and will receive a share of the votes from Nebraska (where electoral votes are divided depending on the percentage of the vote). Victory in these states will give her 54 electoral votes.

Arizona, Wisconsin and Michigan have a combined 36 electoral votes.

As of 04:00 Moscow time, according to Bloomberg calculations, Trump has 178 electoral votes, Harris has 113. According to Fox (supports Republicans), Trump has 111 electoral votes, Harris has 75. To win, a candidate needs to get at least 270 electoral votes.

The timing of polling stations in the United States is such that the first results come from states that traditionally support Republicans.
