The payment processor “Worldline” confirms the disruption on its website. “Our services are currently partially disrupted,” it says on the website.

They would work hard with their partners to resolve the problem.

In response to a request from Nau.ch, Visa wrote: “We are aware that there is a disruption at a service provider that is affecting some card payments. All visa systems are functioning normally. We are in contact with our partners who are investigating the cause of the problem.”

The problem appears to have now been resolved. The error message is no longer visible on the “Worldline” website.
