Police and customs arrested two people on Tuesday November 5 in . They got their hands on counterfeit luxury brands. The damage amounts to 2.5 million euros.

A real Ali Baba's cave was discovered on Tuesday evening in Toulouse. Very well informed and reinforced by surveillance, police officers from the specialized Mirail brigade and customs officers from Frouzins arrested two people and carried out a search in a box on the Route d'Espagne side.

And the latter proved to be successful since a very large number of counterfeit items were discovered. Jewelry, bags, clothes… The suspects had chosen to attack major brands since Vuitton, Yves Saint-Laurent, Prada and even Moncler and other Ralph Lauren were stored.

The value of this merchandise is estimated at €250,000 where the authentic products would have been sold for €2.5 million. According to our information, these items were subject to resale on the internet.

The two suspects, aged 37 and 47, were taken into custody at the central police station in order to explain themselves.
