On November 4, a naturalization ceremony took place at the Eure prefecture, in Évreux.
During the ceremony on November 4, chaired by Alaric Malves, secretary general of the prefecture, sub-prefect of Évreux, 45 people residing in Eure, from 16 different nationalities, received their naturalization decree.
After singing the national anthem, each new French citizen received from the hands of the prefectural authority and local elected officials, a welcome booklet containing their naturalization decree, the French Constitution, a summary of the organization of public authorities in France, the Declaration of Human Rights and the charter of citizens' rights and duties.
