Herby Moreau, the Canadian red carpet specialist, dies at the age of 56
Born July 19, 1968 in Haiti, Herby Moreau arrived in Canada at the age of 5. Although he obtained his journalism degree in Lille, France, it was in Montreal that he made a career as a host, reporter and cultural columnist. Known for his interviews with the biggest stars, Herby Moreau leaves his mark on the Canadian media landscape, and more particularly in Quebec. Before the 2000s, he hosted the Auditions of the Star Academy Quebecois and the weekly cultural program Star System. But in 2009, Herby Moreau took off by creating his own web TV channel, called Herby.tv, on which he broadcasts videos and photos of the moments he shared with stars from around the world – but especially from Canada. The causes of his death remain unknown to this day.
