JUSTICE – Rapper Nekfeu, real name Ken Samaras, is at the heart of a complex legal case involving him and his former partner. She, through her lawyer who published a press release on Sunday November 3, accuses her of repeated sexual and psychological violence. This Monday, November 4, the rapper denounces in a press release the accusations “ unfounded and shocking ».

Parents of a young son, they have in fact opposed each other for many months in the context of their separation. Here is what we know about the various complaints and accusations made by the two parties:

· An affair made public by Nekfeu's ex-wife

On the evening of Sunday, November 3, Maître Florence Fekom published a press release on social networks (since deleted by the social network) concerning one of her clients. The lawyer at the Paris Bar states in her text that the latter, Nekfeu's ex-wife, was assaulted and raped several times during their four years of relationship by the rapper whom she left when she was five months pregnant. She explains that her client wanted the affair to become public today “ in view of the differentiated judicial treatment from which she has suffered for several months ».

According to information revealed by BFMTV and Le Figaro, confirmed in HuffPost by the Paris Prosecutor's Office, Nekfeu's former partner denounced the artist's behavior several times before the courts.

· Complaints against Nekfeu dismissed

In December 2022, she filed a complaint for rape against her former companion, alleged facts that occurred in Spain that the rapper denied, supporting testimonies. The courts closed the complaint without further action in September 2023 due to the lack of “substantiated elements”. Also at issue: the absence of the complainant at the eight meetings set by the investigators responsible for the complaint for spousal rape that she had filed.

In January 2024, another complaint filed by Nekfeu's wife against the latter was also dismissed, because the offense denounced was not “characteristic” enough. It was a complaint of violence: the young woman assures that the rapper would have made threatening gestures towards her in the presence of their child.

A third complaint was dismissed last May, again for lack of sufficient characterization. The complainant then accused Nekfeu of moral harassment through his lawyers, in the context of their divorce (pronounced last March) and the management of custody rights of their child.

In June 2024 according to Me Florence Fekom, the complainant tried to file a complaint again at the police station, but it was not received. What would have pushed her to return “ the affair » public. She allegedly wrote to the Paris public prosecutor to ask to be heard and to be able to officially file a complaint.

· Nekfeu's response

In a press release published on X by his lawyer Me Marie-Alix Canu-Bernard, Nekfeu reacted on Monday, November 4 to the accusations against him. The rapper mentions a press release “ lying and defamatory ».

In a long text, Nekfeu highlights what he considers to be manipulation and blackmail on the part of his former wife to “ reach him using their son “. He reaffirms that he denies all the facts with which he is accused, and explains that he has provided all the necessary evidence to the police. The artist finally specifies that his former partner is currently under judicial supervision “ with ban on approaching the school » and that she was arrested on November 3 following the worrying disappearance of their son. Information that the Paris Prosecutor's Office was unable to confirm HuffPost.

For his part, Nekfeu has in fact filed a complaint several times against his former partner for failure to present a child. In fact, it was he who obtained custody of their child during their separation. His wife enjoying a right of visitation and accommodation » allegedly failed several times to hand over their child to him when she was supposed to do so between their breakup in July 2022 and last May. Two of these complaints were closed “ on the grounds that prosecutions appeared disproportionate in view of the situation “, says the Paris Prosecutor’s Office.

Nekfeu's former partner is currently under judicial supervision. She must be judged on January 29 at the Paris Criminal Court for “non-representation of a child” which occurred on March 29 and 30, the day after the decision of the family affairs judge was made official, specifies the Paris Prosecutor's Office . According to the Penal Code, she risks up to a year in prison and a fine of 15,000 euros if she is found guilty.
