VIDEO – Sylvie Vartan proud of her son David Hallyday: “He has finally become himself”

A mother proud of her son. On the occasion of her final series of concerts, Sylvie Vartan spoke about her relationship with David Hallyday to Anthony Martin in the show Let yourself be tempted this Sunday, November 3 on RTL. The Taulier's son will come to accompany his mother to say goodbye to the stage. She will be at the Palais des Sports in to perform three consecutive concerts, from November 8 to 10. David Hallyday's mother will then take her final bow at the Palais des Congrès, still in the capital, from January 24 to 26, 2025.

A few days before her last concerts, Sylvie Vartan shared her state of mind on RTL. “I’m starting to get tired of telling you the truth and I tell myself that I can’t continue this crazy life for another twenty years!” Cameron Smet's grandmother remains sincere, despite her 60-year career. “I have a lot more stage fright than when I started, at first when I started I didn’t think I would have a career”she says with sincerity. Indeed, at 80 years old, she reveals that she did not think she would achieve such longevity.
