Verstappen and Alpine triumph, Norris and Stroll miss (Brazilian GP)

It was supposed to be a great day for Stroll, one where he was to become the Canadian with the most Grand Prix starts. But from the start, there was no point for the Aston Martin driver, who went out at turn 4 in the formation lap then crashed into the very particular gravel of Sao Paulo. He will therefore have to wait until Las Vegas, at least, to overtake Jacques Villeneuve (163 GP each). His prowess indirectly plunged the pre-race into immense confusion after Lando Norris's incomprehension at the “start canceled” display, once he returned to the grid.
