“Leao? That’s what I want from him. He’s ready to play against Real Madrid”

AC Milan won against Monza at the U-Power stadium. The only goal of the match was scored in the first half by Tijjani Reijnders. Head coach Paulo Fonseca finally sees his team obtain the three full points away from home this season.

At the end of the match, the Portuguese boss said these words to the microphones of Sky Sport Italia.

“I’m always fired up. I don’t think the game against Real Madrid is any more important than others. They all are. We needed to win today; it’s difficult to play here. At times, especially in the first half, we kept our aggression low.”

Then, speaking about individual players, Fonseca said:
