With the advent of a new Hijri month, Muslims turn to God Almighty in supplication, seeking and requesting blessings from God Almighty. The Egyptian Fatwa House has clarified these supplications on its Facebook page, so that the servants begin the Hijri month with a humble heart and closer to God Almighty. Prayer formulas?

Prayers for the start of the new month

Regarding the supplications for starting the new month with the month of Jumada al-Awwal 1446 AH, and other other Hijri months, the Egyptian Fatwa House published these formulas, which are as follows:

– God is Great, O God, grant us security and faith, safety and Islam, and success in what you love our Lord and please our Lord and your Lord God.

– Oh God, you are the first and the last, the apparent and the hidden, you have the best names. I ask you, O Lord, by the right of these names, and by the right of all of your names, to bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, and give us, O God, goodness in this world and goodness in the hereafter, and seal for us happiness and martyrdom in your path, and let us know the blessings and blessings of this month of ours. Grant us its goodness, turn away its evil from us, make us among the victors therein, and protect us from the torment of the Fire with your mercy, O Most Merciful of the Merciful. Indeed, You have power over all things.

– Oh God, O strong facilitator, O softener of iron, O fulfiller of threats, O He who is every day in a new matter, take me out of the throat of narrowness to the widest path, with You I push what I cannot bear, and there is no power nor strength except in God, the Most High, the Great.

– O Lord, do not withhold my supplication, do not reject my request, do not leave me with my grief, do not entrust me to my strength and strength, and have mercy on my helplessness, for my chest is narrow, my thoughts are lost and I am confused about my affairs, and You are the All-Knowing, Glory be to You, of my secret and my open, the Owner of my benefit and my harm, the One who is able to relieve my distress and ease my hardship.

Prayers for forgiveness

– Oh God, to You I complain of the weakness of my strength, my lack of resourcefulness, and my indifference to people. O Lord of the worlds, You are the Lord of the oppressed, and You are the most merciful of the merciful, and You are my Lord. To whom do you entrust me to a far-off person who frowns upon me or an enemy whose control I command, if you are not angry with me, then I do not care except for your well-being. It is wider for me. I seek refuge in the light of Your face, by which the darkness has shone, and the affairs of this world and the hereafter have been made right, lest Your wrath descend upon me, or lest Your displeasure befall me. I admonish You until You are satisfied, and there is no power nor strength except in You. Oh God, You are the Most Knowing of what has befallen me in my matter. Make my affairs easier for me.

– O Ever-Living, O Ever-Living, by Your mercy I seek help. Fix all my affairs for me, and do not leave me to myself for the blink of an eye. O God, there is no easy thing except what You have made easy, and You make sadness easy if You wish.

– Oh God, I ask You that praise be to You, there is no god but You alone with no partner, Al-Mannan, O Creator of the heavens and the earth, O Possessor of majesty and honor, O Ever-Living, O Sustaining One. I ask You for Paradise, and I seek refuge in You from Hell.

– O God, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne, our Lord and Lord of all things, You are the Manifest, and there is nothing above You, and You are the Inward, and there is nothing below You. Reveal the Torah, the Gospel, and the Criterion, so separate love and intentions. I seek refuge in You from the evil of everything. You are the first, and He is not before You One thing, and you are the other. There is nothing after you. Take care of us debt and enrich us from poverty.

– Oh God, fix for me my religion, which is the protection of my affairs, fix for me my world, which is my livelihood, fix for me my afterlife, which is my return, and make life an increase for me in all goodness, and make death a relief for me from all evil.

– Oh God, I ask you, O Lord of lords, O Master of Sadat, and O Owner of kings, to have mercy on me, to respond to me, and to set me right, for none of your servants who are righteous is right except You, for you are my Lord, my trust, my hope, my master, and my refuge, and there is no merciful to me except you.
