New witness could further complicate the case against Diddy

The case against Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs gained a new chapter with the emergence of new evidence. A federal grand jury has subpoenaed a witness who claims he has sex tapes of so-called 'freak offs' in his possession [festas loucas] of Diddy, in addition to the personal diary of the late Kim Porter, the rapper's ex-partner and mother of his four children.

Courtney Burgess, the witness in question, appeared in federal court in Manhattan on October 31, accompanied by her lawyer Ariel Mitchell.

The subpoena asked Courtney to turn over all records, including flash drives, hard drives, electronic storage devices or devices containing videos and/or other files depicting Diddy. Courtney said she has the unedited version of the diary allegedly written by Kim Porter.

The diary, according to Burgess, contains crucial information about the troubled relationship between Diddy and Kim, including details about the rapper's famous parties.

The authenticity of the diary had already been questioned by Kim's children, who denied the existence of such a document. However, Burgess claims to have the original, unedited version of the diary.

The revelation of the new evidence comes at a crucial time in Diddy's case, as he faces serious allegations of sex trafficking, sexual abuse and extortion. The rapper denies all allegations and is currently in prison awaiting trial.

The publication of Kim Porter's diary on Amazon, even for a short period, generated great controversy. Kim's children denounced the publication as false and an invasion of their privacy.

With the new evidence, the case against Diddy becomes even more complex and expectations for the trial, scheduled for May 2025, increase even more.
