Fortnite players have post-Halloween surprises waiting for them every week this month. The game is bringing back its Chapter 2 map last seen in 2021, but launching it with a Remix twist where music artists will take over sections of the map over the course of November.
Announced by Epic Games during a Times Square event on Friday, the event kicks off today with a Snoop Dogg takeover for its first week, including the transformation of an area formerly known as “The Agency” into “The Dogg Pound.” The takeover will extend to weapons as well, with the Boogie Bomb item playing “Drop It Like It’s Hot.” Snoop Dogg will also be the featured artist in Fortnite Festival, the rhythm game mode featured within the platform.

The second week will feature Eminem, with the rapper having a look similar to his “Houdini” music video. A Mom’s Spaghetti restaurant, referencing the famous line in the artist’s song “Lose Yourself” that itself became a restaurant in Detroit, Michigan, will also be added to the map.
Eminem’s Mom’s Spaghetti restuarant will land in Fortnite during Chapter 2 Remix’s second week.

The third week will feature Ice Spice, which will bring a decorative take to the map’s Shark Island. And the final week of the event will feature the late Jared “Juice WRLD” Higgins, with Epic mentioning they worked with the artist’s estate and mother to create the experience that will be revealed later in the month. Players who login on the game’s Nov. 30 finale will get a free cel-shaded outfit in commemoration of Higgins.
Fortnite’s new “Kicks” will include original designs like these Shark shoes alongside real-world brands like Jordan and Nike.
