The new show “Sing mein Schlager” is, so to speak, a spin-off of the show “Sing mein Song”. The principle remains the same, only the participants change. At “Sing meine Schlager” prominent musicians meet and have their songs covered by well-known music colleagues. For each broadcast date, different musicians reinterpret the hits of one star and perform them on one stage. The group of artists around the respective star act is reconstituted in each episode. Missed the episode? Watch “Sing my hit” in the repeat
The current season of “Sing meine Song” was repeated on VoxUp – but this is not the case with the Schlager spin-off, as there are no repeat dates scheduled on linear TV. What is certain in any case is that, as already mentioned, the episodes of “Sing meine Schlager” will be available free of charge for seven days after the first broadcast on television RTL+ can retrieve.
“Sing my hit song”: broadcast dates for the first season
The starting signal for the new show was given on Sunday, October 20, 2024. The first star act that day was Matthias Reim. He is known, among other things, for his hit “Damn, I love you” from 1990. The single was sold 2.5 million times worldwide. Presenter and singer Inka Bause hosted the evening. In addition to her music, she is primarily known from the TV show “Bauer sucht Frau”. The next edition was announced directly for October 27, 2024. No further episodes are planned for now, but we will keep you updated. Broadcast of “Sing mein Schlager” on TV and stream
Just like its predecessor “Sing mein Song”, “Sing mein Schlager” will also be performed VOX broadcast. It always starts at prime time at 8:15 p.m. However, if you follow “Sing mein Song”, “Sing mein Schlager” will also become “Sing mein Schlager” after the official first broadcast on the streaming service RTL+ are available on demand. The subscription for this is currently available from 5.99 euros per month.

The two episodes of “Sing meine Schlager” are all about the hit greats Marianne Rosenberg and Matthias Reim and their biggest hits. Inka Bause: The presenter of “Sing meine Schlager”
Inka Bause takes over the moderation of “Sing meine Schlager”. She was born in Leipzig in 1968, and the family moved to Berlin in the mid-1970s. Most viewers will now know Inka Bause from shows like “Bauer sucht Frau”, “Familien Duell” and “Das Supertalent”. But music is also in the 55-year-old’s blood, as her father Arndt Bause was already a composer. He was particularly known in the GDR for his pop music. Inka himself also released two studio albums in 2018 and 2020. The albums are called “With Open Arms” and “Lebenslieder”.
