On Sunday, nearly 20,000 participants will start from La Parisienne, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. For the occasion, discover the route of the 27th edition, divided into three events (10 km, 7 km and walking).

A festival to raise awareness of the benefits of sport. This weekend, the 27th edition of La Parisienne takes place at the Emile Anthoine stadium, in the 7th arrondissement of , in order to “promote the idea of ​​a healthy body in a healthy mind”. This Saturday, several events, focused on women, sport, health and well-being are on the program.

And, on Sunday, a race exclusively reserved for women will be held in the streets of the French capital. For this edition, 20,000 competitors are expected on the Pont d’Iéna, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, to start the race, one week after the 20 km of Paris. But in concrete terms, what is the course, divided into three events (10 km, 7 km and walking)?

A postcard

During La Parisienne, competitors will have the opportunity to run as close as possible to the monuments of the French capital, along the Seine. From the Iron Lady, via the Grand Palais, the Champs-Elysées, the Louvre Museum and the Hôtel des Invalides, the route is a real postcard for the participants.

The only difference between the events, the runners entered in the 7 km will not pass in front of the Louvre museum and will head directly towards Les Invalides after Place de la Concorde.

To liven up the race, “no less than thirty groups and 1,000 musicians will liven up your route with a group every 250 meters”. It is therefore advisable to “leave your headphones at home” in order to be carried away by the artists.

For information, bibs can be collected at the village of La Parisienne, in the Emile Anthoine stadium, this Saturday only.
