Tadej Pogacar left his mark on the year 2024. This Saturday, he signed a 25th victory at the Tour of Lombardy where he has reigned supreme since 2021. Remco Evenepoel settled for second place ahead of Giulio Ciccone.
The year 2024 for Tadej Pogacar (UAE Team Emirates) will forever be a vintage year. The new world champion also triumphed at the Giro and the Tour de France where he compiled several victories bringing his total to 24 before the Tour of Lombardy this Saturday. Tadej Pogacar therefore wins his second Monument of the season after Liège-Bastogne-Liège.
