Rain and floods in Saône-et-: around fifteen firefighter interventions overnight

This Tuesday morning, the Saône-et- department is still on orange “rain and flood” alert. Last night, it rained a lot in the department and it is raining again this morning. The Saône-et-Loire firefighters intervened around fifteen times last night for flooded cellars and garages, but there was no evacuation of residents.

According to the Vigicrue monitoring site, the Ciry-le-Noble and Louhans stations are on yellow alert. The level of the Bourbince river has continued to rise in recent hours and is under surveillance. In the department, several ditches have become blocked due to heavy rainfall.
