Near Angers. Chef Kévin Bougard will entertain at the restaurant in residence in Savennières

Chef Kévin Bougard, who is preparing the opening of his restaurant in Angers, will be in residence from October 10 to 13 at Larousselle Hors Champ.

After the about-face of Laura Brosse and Bastien Rouillon, who should have been the first chefs in residence of the Larrousselle Hors Champ restaurant, it is ultimately Kévin Bougard who will launch this astonishing concept imagined by Lorine Bost, in Savennières. The former chef of the restaurant at the Hôtel d’Anjou Odorico, but also Les Brassés, in Nantes, took control of the saponarian stoves to offer four gourmet meals, from Thursday October 10 to Sunday October 13. Originally from Le Mans, Kévin Bougard, 33, will create a five-course menu (€80) and another seven-course menu (€110) based on local and organic products according to the philosophy of the place.
