Safety measures and traffic and parking restrictions
To ensure the smooth running of this exceptional event, a consistent and consistent security system has been put in place to reconcile this great celebration of the French-speaking world with optimal security conditions.

Traffic restrictions on National Route 2
- Heavyweights: closure of national road 2 from Plessis-Belleville to Soissons, in both directions, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on October 4, with a compulsory exit at Plessis-Belleville in the south-north direction;
- Light vehicles: closure of the RN2 around Villers-Cotterêts in the south-north direction from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (compulsory exit at Nanteuil-le-Haudouin) then in the north-south direction from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (compulsory exit at Montgobert). Diversions will be put in place.
Authorization to capture, record and transmit images using cameras installed on aircraft by law enforcement
The airspace is subject to a special aviation security system (DPSA), with the establishment of a temporary flight prohibition zone (ZIT) with a 15km radius around the International City.
